- For residential deliveries in San Francisco, unfortunately the most common issue is theft (thankfully it doesn't happen very often!). We're happy to replace it if that's the case too!
- For business deliveries, the most common issue that someone received the arrangement on your recipient’s behalf, but hasn’t yet let your recipient know it arrived. We can help call their mailroom or receiving department if that's the case!
- For orders that were shipped via FedEx, our customers sometimes experience issues when they try to deliver but can't get into a building. Additionally, deliveries can be delayed due to bad weather. Drop us a note and we'll get to the bottom of it!
