Yes! We know how life (and flowers) change, and sometimes your reason for sending an arrangement needs to be updated.
Please email our us via firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Customer Service team at (855)202-3817 as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and desired new card message (200 characters or less). As long as we are alerted within 48 hours of delivery, we should be able to make the change for you.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to change card messages during peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Admins Day, and Mothers Day)
If you have already received the notification that your FedEx package has been picked up, then it is too late to edit the message.
