If your order has already been processed and passed to UPS/FedEx for shipment
Your order cannot be canceled as it is already in transit.
If your order hasn't been fulfilled by our team, you have two options to cancel
Option 1 (Fastest) - Cancel through Farmgirl Flowers My Account
- Log into your Farmgirl Flowers account. (No account? Sign up, here with the email you used to place the order.)
- Navigate to My Account > Open Orders
- Locate the order you wish to cancel from the list
- Click Manage
- Scroll to the bottom of the window and under the Cancel Entirely section, click Cancel Order and confirm.
- If you had a charge for this order, you'll see a refund to the account you purchased it with in 3-5 business days.
Option 2 - Contact Customer Support
