Your emails are not actual receipts - they don't detail the dollar amounts, then causing me to have to email you in order to complete my expense report. I want to use you as a local company with gorgeous flowers, but this extra step is starting to frustrate me.
I agree with what Sruhne said. These are not actual receipts and this part of the process is super frustrating, The "receipt" you emailed was declined on my expense report. I also want to keep using your company. Can you please fix this?
I agree with these statements, too. Love these flowers, but the email confirmation needs to include the pricing and actual receipt information.
