During the COVID-19 outbreak, UPS and FedEx are both using contactless delivery and will not ring doorbells or knock on doors. We strongly suggest reaching out to your recipient when you receive the delivery confirmation email from us.
For all deliveries (UPS/FedEx): The confirmations are sent the moment the UPS driver's scans hit their system. You will then receive a follow-up confirmation from our team as well.
If you don’t receive the delivery confirmation, please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case it landed there.
