- In San Francisco, we guarantee delivery by 5pm, and send out delivery confirmation emails after deliveries have been made.
If the delivery is outside of San Francisco, we use the UPS order tracking systems to send you notifications and the capability to track your order.
If you haven’t yet received a delivery confirmation, then your order is most likely still out for delivery.
