I haven’t received my order or delivery confirmation emails

- As a friendly FYI, order confirmations and delivery confirmations are all sent via email from email@example.com. Tracking information is sent via email from UPS.
- Please Note: To avoid repeat Spam issues, we recommend adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your Contacts List, this way your messages shouldn't be spammed moving forward.
- If you placed your order with a Gmail account, check the Promotions tab in your inbox
- If you've set up your Farmgirl Flowers account with a work or business email address, check with your IT team regarding whitelisting our domain name so that you won't miss a beat during the journey
- When in doubt, ALWAYS check your Spam folder
- If you still haven't found the confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. We will be glad to check on this for you and provide you with the proper confirmations
