For Residential Deliveries (SF & National): Unfortunately, the one of the more common issues is theft (thankfully it doesn't happen very often!). Our customers also occasionally experience issues when there is a delivery attempt and the courier (Farmgirl or UPS) can't gain access into a building due to a restriction, such as a gate code. Additionally, deliveries can be delayed due to bad weather through major UPS hubs like Louisville, TN, Chicago, IL, and Philadelphia, PA.
For business deliveries (SF & National): the most common issue is that someone received the arrangement on your recipient’s behalf, but has yet to let your recipient know it arrived. This is a known issue for business deliveries to larger companies. You may have received a delivery confirmation when the arrangement is still in the Mail Room. It's crucial to follow up with your recipient to ensure the arrangement is being properly delivered to them.
