Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times despite UPS/FedEx projected time for arrival that is shown on your tracking number. Due to COVID-19, shippers have experienced record-breaking shipping volumes, and subsequent delays because of demand. UPS and FedEx have suspended their shipping guarantees. This means that we also cannot guarantee delivery dates and we recommend ordering one to two days before the delivery date you want. We pack and ship specific flower types with ample hydration packs to withstand transit times.

- For Residential Deliveries: Unfortunately, the one of the more common issues is theft (thankfully it doesn't happen very often!). Our customers also occasionally experience issues when there is a delivery attempt and the courier (Farmgirl or UPS) can't gain access into a building due to a restriction, such as a gate code. Additionally, deliveries can be delayed due to bad weather through major UPS hubs like Louisville, TN, Chicago, IL, and Philadelphia, PA.
- For business deliveries the most common issue is that someone received the arrangement on your recipient’s behalf, but has yet to let your recipient know it arrived. This is a known issue for business deliveries to larger companies. You may have received a delivery confirmation when the arrangement is still in the Mail Room. It's crucial to follow up with your recipient to ensure the arrangement is being properly delivered to them.
