Succulents are like Goldilocks - a happy medium is best!
They love light and warmth but don’t want direct heat or sun. They need a drink of water every week but also need to dry out fully in between waterings (test the soil with your finger!). Aim for giving this one about ¼ cup of water weekly to start and adjust as needed. When watering, make sure to water the soil and not the rosette.
Watch carefully for signs of overwatering (over plump or yellowing leaves) as well as signs of overheating (darker color changes in the leaves) mean you’re killing your new friend with too much kindness!
Pro Tip: if your succulent roots and begins to shoot a super long stalk, adjust the light and water conditions - she is getting too much of one or the other! A bit more light/a bit less water should do the trick!
