Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times despite UPS/FedEx projected time for arrival that is shown on your tracking number. Due to COVID-19, shippers have experienced record-breaking shipping volumes, and subsequent delays because of demand. UPS and FedEx have suspended their shipping guarantees. This means that we also cannot guarantee delivery dates and we recommend ordering one to two days before the delivery date you want. We pack and ship specific flower types with ample hydration packs to withstand transit times.
We are not able to set up specific delivery times with our shipping partners.
If you need your order for a specific date, we recommend selecting a delivery date for the day before the event date. As long as you follow the instructions on the care card for your order, your blooms or plant will be fresh and beautiful the next day.
