- You should receive your tracking number after your arrangement is scanned and shipped from our warehouse(s). This usually happens the evening before your delivery date when your order is in transit. If you don’t receive the tracking number, please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case it landed there.
- We use FedEx and UPS for shipment fulfillment. Your tracking email will tell you which provider is fulfilling your order.
