During peak holiday seasons we will not be able to make any item modifications (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Admins Day and Mothers Day).
- Due to the fast nature of our processing center, we may not always be able to update items after an order is placed. Please send us a message or call our Customer Support Team at (855)202-3817.
- Please provide us with your order number and the new items you’d like included with the delivery.
If you've signed up for a Farmgirl Flowers account, you can make corrections right from the Farmgirl Flowers website in your "Open Orders"! You can also edit dates, card messages, addresses, or cancel your order up until the fulfillment process starts. If you haven't signed up for a Farmgirl Flowers account, you can do so here.

- Changing the delivery address may mean the product you selected is no longer available in the new delivery area, and substitutions may need to be made.
