We kindly ask that you include your order number, specific quality issue with your arrangement, and pictures of the issue. We debrief with our design team on a daily basis and will make sure we share this information to keep our quality issues as low as possible.
We will work with you to determine the best way to make this right. Sometimes this will mean sending a different item based on the availability of the original product that was delivered. We will seek your approval on the solution before sending a new arrangement your way.
