It's happened to the best of us! If you've entered an incorrect address or have left off information such as an apartment number or suite number here is what we can do:
If your order has been fully processed or is already in transit:
When we print and prepare your order and the shipping label has been created and passed to the fulfillment team, we're unable to stop the order at this point from being passed to our shipping partners. If your order has already been passed to the shipper, we're also unable to update the address.
Our team will be happy to send a complimentary replacement to the corrected address, we would just require a new shipping fee to create a new label.
Send us a message with the updated address information and we'll confirm the shipping charge with you.
