We work with our shipping partners to ensure your package is handled properly during transit. In order for you to provide delivery instructions to them for your address, you need to register with them by referring to the following instructions to create a user account. The process takes about 3-5 minutes.
First, we encourage you to add short (35 characters) delivery instructions on the second address line when ordering, such as: GATE CODE 1234, HOUSE IN THE BACK, LEAVE AT SIDE DOOR.
Note that if the delivery instructions are added to the FedEx/UPS website after it is out for delivery, it may delay the package.
- Access UPS My Choice and click the Continue button. If you are already logged in, you will go directly to the UPS My Choice registration page. Otherwise, click the Create one now link.
- Complete the required fields on the registration page and validate your identity by answering the questions correctly. Now access the UPS tracking page and track the status of your package.
- Click on the Change My Delivery button. If the icon is grayed out, this option is not available for your package.
- Select the delivery option that meets your need.
