We work with our shipping partner FedEx to ensure your package is handled properly during transit. In order for you to provide delivery instructions to FedEx for your address, you need to register with FedEx by referring to the following instructions to create a FedEx Delivery Manager account. The process takes about 3-5 minutes.
Note that if the delivery instructions are added after it is out for delivery, it may delay the package.
- Access FedEx Delivery Manager and click the Sign up now button. If you are already logged in, you will go directly to the FedEx Delivery Manager registration page. Otherwise, click the Create one now link.
- Complete the required fields on the registration page and validate your identity by answering the questions correctly. Now access FedEx® Tracking and track the status of your package.
- Click on the Customize Delivery button. If the icon is grayed out, this option is not available for your package.
- Click the Provide Delivery Instructions icon and select an option from the 'Leave package at' drop-down. You can also provide instructions for the driver to help locate your address, click the Continue button.
Please note that while the local couriers will do their best to honor your special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your requests.
