Looking to surprise your receiver for their birthday, wedding, graduation, or another special event? Here are some pro-tips for ordering for a big day!
When shopping for a special occasion, keep in mind anything else happening around that time. Is your receiver's birthday the week of Valentine's Day? You'll want to make sure you order well in advance during peak seasons or products are likely to sell out.
Set The Delivery For Before The Day
We know you'll likely want this to be delivered on the actual day of the even for things like birthdays and graduations. All of our bouquets and plant pals take a journey on a plane or a truck at some point when we pass them to our shipping partners for delivery. Sometimes those planes can't fly because of severe weather and sometimes those trucks have mechanical issues that can cause delays. We recommend setting your delivery date for the day before the special event to allow for the occasional delay in shipping if you can.
When your shipping label and card message are printed, we send you a tracking email. (Make sure the domain @farmgirlflowers.com is whitelisted with your email provider so they don't go to spam!). You can sign up for email and SMS alerts with FedEx or UPS when your tracking number is activated so you can follow your delivery to its destination.
