We received a great deal of feedback from our customers about anonymous ordering. The feedback we received was in most cases, the recipient of the anonymous gift felt uncomfortable and often times anxious about who sent the order. The majority of these anonymous arrangements we received feedback about were sent to women. As a female-founded and majority woman-run organization, we could not continue this practice any longer.
While some used this feature for genuinely good intentions, the bad intended ones outweighed the good and we made a decision to protect the safety of all of our customers by requiring a name to be provided with the order.
This does not mean we will release your personal information such as email, address, or phone number upon request, but we will release the sender's name in the event your receiver calls to ask.
